What Ktion stores
Your sign-in email and user identifier, plan inputs, account nicknames, income amounts, asset and debt balances, investment entries, country, income type, lesson progress, language, and save timestamps. We never ask for account numbers, bank passwords, or payment-card numbers. Do not put them in names or notes.
Why and where
We use this information to provide and synchronize your plan. It is stored in the app database on the Supabase database infrastructure and cached on your device for offline access. Service providers process it to operate the app. Your sign-in provider has its own privacy policy. Data may be processed outside your country. Local copies and exported backups are not encrypted by Ktion. Protect your device and backups.
Usage measurement
Ktion does not currently collect optional usage analytics. Hosting and authentication providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
Control and retention
Your plan remains until you delete your Ktion data. Export it in Settings at any time. Delete my Ktion data removes your plan, account record, and usage events from the live database and clears this device’s cache. Other offline devices and backups you exported must be cleared separately. Provider backup retention is controlled by the hosting service. Sign-out clears this device’s saved plan.
